Bermudan Kole signed for Chester on 1^st June 2022. Hall ended the 2021/22 campaign on dual registration with National League side Altrincham and Northern Premier Division outfit Nantwich Town. His previous clubs also include Tranmere Rovers, City of Liverpool, Radcliffe and AFC Telford United.

Kole has been capped on three occasions for Bermuda and notched his first international goal in June 2021 in a 1-1 draw with the Cayman Islands.

Hall signed up for a further year at Chester FC in May 2023 after making 32 appearances in his first season with the club; scoring seven goals and contributing four assists.
