The Blues will look to continue to build on a promising start to the campaign as Hereford make the trip to the Deva.
Saturday’s victory over a strong Brackley Town side was an assured performance against a team who were 180 minutes away from promotion last term.
Forwards Kole Hall and Kurt Willoughby did the damage early on, while a young back line showed experience beyond their years to ensure the Blues kept a clean sheet. Debutants Kieran Coates and Danny Devine are expected to keep their places in the line up on Tuesday, both impressed in their first appearances for Chester.
Hereford have picked up just one point from their opening two matches. An entertaining 3-3 draw at home to Spennymoor on the opening day was followed up by an away defeat to newly promoted Scarborough over the weekend.
Kick off this Tuesday evening down CH1 is 7.45pm.
