Chester FC Season Ticket holders are now able to renew their Season Tickets for 2021/22 online!
Prices for the 2021/22 season have been frozen and the Blues will once again be partnering up with online ticketing experts Kaizen, enabling the club to process renewals online and make purchasing your season ticket quick and simple.
It is intended to return renewing season ticket holders to their previous seats from the 2019/20 season for the new campaign, although this is subject to social distancing restrictions being lifted from June 21st in line with the Government’s roadmap.
The deadline for renewals is Sunday 13th June.
From today, existing season ticket holders can renew online. For supporters who prefer to renew in person, the Deva Stadium ticket office will reopen from Tuesday 11th May for debit/credit card renewals with safety measures in place for the protection of staff, volunteers and visitors.
You can also renew over the telephone by calling 01244 371376 during office hours.
We plan to welcome new season ticket applications from Monday 21st June, assuming restrictions are lifted.
Disabled supporters are advised to follow the process of renewing online and once complete, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the carer who will accompany them into the stadium (if applicable).
The move to online ticketing means fans will receive a season ticket card for 2021/22 with a barcode, which will be scanned at the turnstiles to gain access to the ground. Season ticket cards for 2020/21 will not be valid.
