Leamington FC have very kindly supplied us with some information ahead of Saturday’s game for all Chester FC fans.
With a large attendance anticipated on Saturday for the first ever visit of former Football League club Chester FC, we are asking supporters of both sides to help with travel and parking by using the ‘Match Day Bus Service’ or by car sharing or using the Brakes Trust Mini-bus service.
For those coming to the Phillips 66 Community Stadium for the first time, please note that although there is parking for approximately 450 vehicles, there is NO alternative ‘on street parking’, as we are located on a busy country road with no pavements and surrounded by farmland.
We ask all supporters attending the game to either arrive early a little bit earlier or give themselves additional time to utilise the bus services. PRIORITY will be given to departure of the bus services and supporters coaches at the conclusion of the match.
The double decker match day bus service will operate as per the below schedule. Please spread the word to fellow fans.
Leamington Rail Station 13:50 14:20 Windmill Inn, Tachbrook Road 13:54 14:24 Heathcote Inn , Tachbrook Road 13:57 14:27 Phillips 66 Community Stadium 14:05 14:35
The double-decker bus will depart shortly after the conclusion of the match with a further journey departing the stadium at 17:25hrs. The cost is £2 return cash fare, payable on the outward journey to the stadium.
We ask all supporters parking at the ground to assist us by car sharing where possible. We also ask that if you are being collected by car or taxi after the match that those vehicles arrive either before 4.45pm or after 5.10pm. PRIORITY will be given to vehicles exiting the site.
