Learn all about our new Customer Charter
Chester FC have launched their Customer Charter, which was produced by a group of volunteers at the Club and has been adopted by the Board.
The volunteers drew from best practice at other Clubs like ours and then tailored the document to suit the unique circumstances of Chester FC.
It marks our commitment to being an inclusive. community focused Club with and sets out some guidelines for how we can continue to get better at serving our community and developing our own volunteers and staff.
As the document states it is a work in progress that will be regularly refined and updated. We welcome contributions and we are now going to discuss how we ensure that the principles it contains become embedded in the life of our football club.
