BREAKING | Blues XI to host newly formed CPD Bangor 1876

Chester Football Club are delighted to be hosting another pre-season match at the Deva during July, against the newly formed CPD Bangor 1876 FC.

A Chester FC XI will face the supporter-owned Welsh side on Thursday 25th July, with kick off at 7pm.

CFU Vice-Chair Andy Morris said: “As a supporter-owned phoenix club now in our tenth season, we are proud to be supporting another club who is following the model and we are pleased to be offering all of our support to Bangor 1876 as they begin their first season in the Welsh system.”

This friendly accompanies our trips to fellow fan-owned clubs FC United of Manchester and 1874 Northwich – the latter of which to contest the Supporters Direct Shield.

The Blues are expected to name a young side for the fixture with Bangor on the last Thursday of the month.

Admission prices for the match are as follows…

£5 Adults

£2 Concessions

£1 Aged 5-17 Years

FREE Under 5’s

We would encourage as many fans as possible to attend at the Deva Stadium, to show their support and offer a warm welcome to the players, fans and staff of CPD Bangor.
